Gloria Jeff, Minnesota DOT, formerly FHWA - will discuss US DOT's Justice 40 initiative; reconnecting communities, and Equity and Community Engagement in Transportation.
Fred Wagner, Environmental Attorney - outlines the Federal Project Development process, Progressive Design-build and why there is still time to accomplish a transformational solution.
Annie White, Karp Strategies - will talk about the economic impact of the various proposals for what can be done both with and after the project is finished.

Gloria Jeff, who is a liability director at the Minnesota Department of Transportation will be one of the two speakers at the event. Ms. Jeff is an accomplished and nationally recognized transportation engineer and planner, and currently is the Livability Director for the Minnesota Department of Transportation. She has held key posts at several highway and transit agencies, including as Deputiy Administrator with the Federal Highway Administration in Washington, D.C.
Fred Wagner is a partner for environmental law and infrastructure developments at Venable LLP. Fred Wagner is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Venable LLP. Mr. Wagner’s practice focuses on environmental law and infrastructure developments. He served as Chief Counsel of the Federal Highway Administration for President Obama. Mr. Wagner has over 35 years of public and private sector experience in all aspects of major project development and environmental litigation.
